The Chapel

Throughout the property it can be counted a panoply of monuments and marks of the tenth century, with particular interest to a Romanesque chapel associated with the legend of the battle that defended Viseu from the Moors. This chapel, built in Saint Anthony’s honor, was built on a rock and served as a landmark that defined the region of Vila Meã, one of Viseu’s councils, today.
